  Horrible FL hospital Sebring requested ambulance to transport me to Orlando. I waited almost 4 hours for this 2 hour trip. They finally arrived with no apology as I was about to leave. The emt's lost my paperwork adding 40 minutes to the trip. Every box, shelf and piece of equipment rattled on this ancient, surplus vehicle. The suspension system transmitted even the small cracks in the road, adding to my misery. It's a good thing I have a small nose, as there is only 2 inches between the stretcher and the tip of my nose as they slid me out on a stretcher. Hospital personnel informed me AMR broke hospital policy by using hospital wheelchair to bring me inside. The CEO of this company is incompetent as I have to point all this out to him. The CEO doesn't list his / her name anywhere. I hope his children are forced to use his ambulances. Never allow this company to transport you.
